Boss

The funny thing about human is, we only have two eyes yet we think that we are able to see everything.

Today I learned a lesson. Back on old days, when I worked as an assistant, I landed on a conclusion that boss was some kind of creature who could turn our days into either something useful or a fuckin living hell.
Hell?
Bosses with unprepared project guideline have every possible way to make their assistants suffer (whether intentionally or not). “Try this, oh no It doesn't work, then try that. Ups, it doesn’t work either, so try this one or that one or that one” And the work goes on and on and on included sleepless nights and all ignored mealtimes.
So yes, Hell!

Hence, I promised myself that if one day I become a boss, a leader, I would take care of my team very seriously.
And now, here I am, currently assigned as a leader of one hellish project I have never imagined before. There were several projects which registered in the beginning of the year but unfortunately, I got the tough one. The project’s duration is a bit tight too so working fast is a must and working smart is a basic requirement (Urghhh).
Since I am still inexperienced with my new role as a team leader, there are so much obstacles that have been arisen and sometimes, I have no idea how to solve it.
Being a leader with effective instructions was such a simple idea back then. But now look at me, I just desperately added ‘worksheet-fifth trial’ on my folder. In this project, I got two coworkers and two assistants. Urghh this pressure dude, I probably failed my assistants and even peeved my coworkers. I hate those facts. *inserts another sad-tired-emoji here*

So..the lesson I mentioned earlier is:
Yeah, now I know how hard it be for leaders to lead a team. (Jon Snow.., I feel you man)
They are humans, too. Made of flesh and bones and a bunch of mistakes.
my two eyes have blinded me.

hashtag: Huft, the hell Im just muttering about.
